How this website handles inquiries and optional analytics.
Website privacy notice / 25 October 2026
Information we collect and use
EclipseIQ Technologies Inc. uses the details you provide—such as your name, email address, company, phone number and message—to respond to inquiries, discuss demonstrations and service requests, and communicate about your requirements. Only share a high-level overview; do not include confidential or policyholder information.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers helping operate this website and respond to inquiries, or shared where required by law. Appropriate handling and security matter, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Contact form providers
On HTTPS hosting and localhost web-server previews, inquiries are processed through Formspree and Google reCAPTCHA v2 protects the form from spam. These services process information needed for delivery and verification. Review Formspree’s privacy policy (new tab) and Google’s privacy policy (new tab).
Cookies and browser storage
This site stores your optional analytics preference in your browser for up to 180 days. This essential preference helps respect your choice. If storage is unavailable, your selection applies to the current page only.
Optional analytics remains off until you explicitly accept. With consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google) and an invisible Statcounter page-view counter (Statcounter) to understand website usage and improve the site. Neither service loads or receives an analytics request before acceptance. There is no tracking pixel fallback for visitors with JavaScript disabled.
Page views use the canonical page address and fixed page title, without URL query parameters, fragments or referring addresses. We do not send contact form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or custom user identifiers to analytics. GA4 advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Statcounter uses a limited image request rather than its automatic tracking script; we do not enable click tracking or session replay.
These providers receive technical information with requests, including IP addresses and browser information; GA4 can use analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_… to distinguish visits. Provider infrastructure may process data outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy (new tab) and Statcounter’s privacy information (new tab) for their practices. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from using the site or contact form.
Change or withdraw consent
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to accept or reject optional analytics at any time. Rejecting after acceptance disables collection and reloads the page to unload the analytics code. Accessible first-party analytics cookies are removed where possible. The site cannot delete third-party or HttpOnly cookies or remove information already collected.
Technical information and external sites
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and access logs when serving this website. External sites have their own privacy practices. Links opening in a new tab are identified.
Your privacy questions and requests
You may ask about information you have shared, request access, correction or deletion, or ask to stop optional marketing communications. Use the contact form for an initial request without including sensitive details. EclipseIQ can follow up to verify and address it as appropriate.
